COMMISSIONS

The first step is to gather inspiration for the piece you want to commission. Let volk know what you are looking for when filling out the form below. Our team will then organise a Zoom call for you with the artist to discuss your piece. We will also ask you to send us some visual references, as it is important for Volk to understand the concept and tone behind your piece.

Once agreed on a design briefing, Volk will start the drafting process (1-2 weeks). Volk will create sketches and digital mockups of the piece and send over the proposal. You are free to provide feedback and ask for any changes until you are satisfied with the design. Please note that in order to start the drafting process, a downpayment needs to be covered.

Once the final draft has been approved, Volk will commence with the piece. Our team will follow up with weekly process shots. This will give you a chance to provide feedback and make sure the final piece meets your expectations. Please note that the time of completion varies depending on the specs of the piece to be produced.

Once Volk has completed the piece, he will send you a final image for approval. If you are happy with the outcome, we will settle the outstanding payment and our team will ship the final piece to you. If you have any concerns or issues with the final piece, be sure to discuss them with the artist before making the final payment.
